Terms of Use

Updated October 25, 2026

These terms apply to anyone who uses Yet: the yet.com.br website, the Workspace (Mail, Hello and its calls), Yet Cloud, the CLI, the Terraform provider and the desktop and phone apps. By using Yet, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Yet through a company, the company is bound by these terms too, and by any contract it has with Yet; where they differ, the contract prevails.

The service

Yet offers companies a workspace — mail on their own domain, chat and calls — and Yet Cloud, which runs applications, databases and domains on the machines and cloud accounts the company connects.

Features marked as preview or beta may change or go away without notice, and are offered as is.

Accounts

  • Accounts are created by the workspace's administrator, who decides who joins, with which role and in which apps.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. Tell the administrator, or us, if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
  • API keys and CLI tokens act on your behalf: protect them like a password.

Acceptable use

You may not use Yet to:

  • send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonate another person or brand;
  • spread malware, break into systems or test others' security without permission;
  • publish or store content that is illegal, infringes others' rights or exploits minors;
  • mine cryptocurrency, attack or flood networks, or get around the service's technical limits;
  • resell Yet or make it available to others beyond what your plan allows.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, notifying the company whenever possible.

Your content

The workspace's content — mail, messages, files, applications and data — belongs to you and your company. You allow us to store, process and transmit it only as far as needed to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

You confirm you have the right to use what you send to Yet.

Yet Cloud and your machines

In Yet Cloud, applications run on the machines and cloud accounts your company connects. The costs of those accounts, the machines' availability and what the applications do are the company's responsibility. Yet's agent only runs what is asked through the console, the CLI or Terraform.

Availability and support

We work to keep Yet up and back it up daily, but the service comes with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, except as your company's contract provides. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

Pricing

Prices, and what each plan includes, are those agreed with your company. During the waitlist and previews, use may be free and limited; we will tell you before any charge.

Suspension and termination

Your company may stop using Yet at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. On termination, the company is given time to export its data, which is then deleted as the Privacy Policy says.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Yet is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from misuse, from failures of the machines and accounts the company connected, or from third parties beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

When they change, we update the date at the top and, if the change is significant, notify you in Yet before it takes effect. Using Yet after that means accepting the new version.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Brazil. Any dispute goes to the courts of the district where Yet is based, unless the law provides otherwise.
